Later i’ll send you (at least 24 hours in advance) a link with a timeline. On the day of the appointment you are able to follow our mechanic live. Unfortunately i can’t tell you a timeframe in advance. Because the day isn’t always fully planned more in advance. Because of the number of costumers we need to get to and because we don’t know how fast the mechanic will get through all of the appointments.
The track and trace will be send to you via RoutiGo from noreply@routigo.com. Please check your spam if you didn’t receive the link. If you receive the link, please note that it is possible that te time will change last minute because of customers who cancel or a high priority appointment. The advice is to check the time 24 hours in advance and to regularly check the time on the day of the appointment.
